Common answers:
Excel 2008 does not support EZAnalyze or the TimeTracker, no need to ask about it. Microsoft removed VBA, the programming language used in 99% of Excel applications, from Excel 2008. Rumor has it VBA will return in 2010. If you fill out the form to request support for a problem with Excel 2008, you will be redirected back to here.
If your download doesnt work, keep in mind you have 60 seconds to download any file, or it will be terminated by the website and be incomplete. To avoid this, try using a fast internet connection, and close any other programs (email, browser windows, etc) that might be using the internet connection. You should be able to download any file here on a dial up connection within 60 seconds.
