Generating Reports: The Reason Report

The Reason Report creates a listing of all the students you have seen for a selected reason. This is useful for quickly identifying students in need of additional, specific assistance, or for assessing the prevalence of various activities you engage in.

To create a Reason Report:

1. Click Reason Report in the Reports area of the Main user interface.

2. Select a Reason from the list of available Existing Reasons

3. Click Create Report.
